There will be no charge if you decide to cancel service before the end of the month in which you sign up. This offer is only available one time. Any company or individual who attempts to register more than once will be charged the standard $200.00 sign-up fee and $75.00 per month processing fee.

1. Ongoing costs during the first month of service may be less than $75, due to pro-rating.

There is a $25.00 bounced check or rejected credit card fee, per occurrence.

Invoicing

Simplix supports three billing options: annual payments by check, annual payments by credit card, and automatic monthly charges by credit card.

All clients are responsible for paying a one-time network connection fee of $200.00.

The annual payment plan mandates prepayment of mailbox fees for a twelve month period. Clients paying in advance receive a $50 prepayment discount. Thus, the annual mailbox fee is $850/year. (A total of $1,050 is charged the first year, due to the addition of the network connection fee.)

Clients paying the annual fee in advance by cash, check, or money order receive both the $50 prepayment discount plus an additional $100 cash discount and thus pay only $750/year. (New clients paying by cash, check, or money order pay $950 the first year, due to the addition of the $200 network connection fee.)

Payment in advance is non-refundable.

Clients electing the monthly payment plan provide Visa, MasterCard, or American Express account information that is kept on file for the company. Account fees are billed (charged) in arrears to the credit card on file. Mailbox fees paid on a monthly basis are $75/month. (A total of $275.00[2] is charged the first month, due to the addition of the network connection fee.)

Customers receive an electronic invoice each month.

2. The charge for the first month may be less than $275, due to pro-rating. On-going costs are billed at $3.00/day.


Risk-Free Trial Period

How it works

The trial period starts the day you sign up and lasts through the last day of that calendar month. If you terminate the account before midnight Eastern Time the last day of the month, there will be no charge for the account. To terminate, you must log in, go to the "Client Account Options" page, and select "Request termination of Simplix Client Account".

If you do not request termination, the account will be charged for the service you have been using. This means the trial period is free only if you decide to terminate the account before the end of your trial period. If you do not cancel the service, you will be billed for the trial period and will continue to be billed until you terminate your account.

For example ...

If you sign up on May 30 and do not request service to stop before June 1 you will be charged $200.00 for an account and $75.00 for services for the month of May. Starting with June, the $75 per month charge will apply.

If you sign up on May 1 and requested service to stop on May 31, you will not be charged. Each company may do this only once.
