    New BSM changes

    Last week we received the first of the new BSM EDI messages. This required some changes on our part and there are some errors in the data being created by some of the DLA centers. We have informed the centers of the errors and requested corrections.

    Purchase Orders and Invoicing 850 and 810

    This will require some changes to the invoicing screens for these messages. This will take a little while to put into place. We will post another messages once we believe this has been completed.

    RFQs 840 and bidding via 864

    There will be other new documents. These will include RFQs X12 840, unfortunately the responses for these will not be the correct transaction set, the 843 Response but rather a formated text message an 864. We will be working to put that in place as quickly as possible and then you will be able to bid on BSM items.

    Notice of Awards 836

    We will be processing the 836 notice of awards.

    824 Application advice will be used by BSM to report errors.
