The Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) is changing the Quote Receipt Time to 3:00 p.m. EST.

For all 'T' and 'U' solicitations, the time for receipt of quotes will be 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, beginning with the Return By Date of November 14, 2000.
