It has come to our attention that DISC, or more properly the General and Industrial directorate of DSCP, has a new SPA agreement. You will need to resubmit this information to DSCP G&I even if you have done so previously.

We requested the cut off date for providing this form to DSCP G&I and have received the following response:

Per your question on my voicemail, the New 1999 SPA is mandatory
for all users.  If you have an existing (1994) SPA, you will not
be removed from the database immediately, as I am swamped and will
need to catch up.  We have not determined an exact cut-off date
yet.

The new CCR system is finally up and running. We suggest that everyone take this opportunity to complete a new registration with their financial information.

NOTE: you no longer need the DUNS number of your bank.

Soon we will be adding an additional set of check lists for DFAS to register to receive remittance advice via Simplix and to tell the DLA centers you want to receive your purchase orders via Simplix.
