If you're not using Netscape, we recommend that you do so. Many of the features we put into Simplix-W are designed with Netscape in mind. Although we set up our web pages so that any web browser can be used, Netscape will take advantage of some extra features.

Normally, clicking on a link on your client home page takes you from your home page to a new page. Now, when you click on any of the help options (listed at the end of the home page), a separate window will be used to display the new page. As long as that window remains open, this is where help will be displayed.

If you wish, you can extend the use of multiple windows to other operations. This allows you to keep your client home page loaded while visiting most of the pages that are linked to it. This is particularly useful when viewing messages. Your home page stays loaded in one window, while the messages are loaded in another.

Go to the Client Account Options page by clicking on the link near the end of your home page. The option to control multiple windows is in the Other Options section.
