If you receive a call from anyone claiming that you are not registered in CCR you need to have them perform the following steps:

1. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give them your TPIN number. They do not need it. Giving it to them will compromise your financial information including the ability to change your bank account and other critical data.

2. Ask them what site they are checking for their information.

3. The definitive site is http://ccr.edi.disa.mil. Given your duns number or your cage code they should be able to verify your registration status.

4. If for any reason they cannot find you at the definitive CCR site send an email to Simplix from your client account home page and we will investigate.
